Ken started his first business, Landscape Techniques, fresh out of college with $1,000 and a pickup truck. He grew the company to $5million before selling to TruGreen/LandCare in 1998.
Ken purchased Scapes Group Landscape which grew to $17million and was ranked as one of the top 100 landscape companies in America. Scapes was acquired by ValleyCrest Landscape in 2007. Ken spent 3 years in leadership at ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance as the Commercial Sales Leader for the SE United States.
Ken and his good friend and industry leader, Ben Gandy, started Envisor Consulting in 2011.
Ken was a long-standing member of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and past president of the Metro Atlanta Landscape and Turf Association (MALTA). Ken is a national speaker and contributing writer for Landscape Management and other industry magazines.
During his 30+-year career, Ken has learned the best practices and systems of thriving landscape operations.

Ben has developed operating systems and implemented key strategies that have propelled several businesses to profitability, market leadership, and successful transitions including Scapes Landscape, one of the top 100 companies in the US.
Ben’s lean production expertise is unparalleled, having spent several years working with the nation’s largest landscape provider deploying their lean initiatives on a national level. He has been to virtually every landscape market in the US implementing lean on a cultural and practical level.
A longtime member of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), Ben has a down to earth, practical approach. He is committed to simple solutions that drive results.
With a passion for operations, systems based management strategies, and lean thinking, Ben is positioned to guide others in pursuit of their vision.

Tim is an operator with 30 years of practical Field and Business Leadership experience.
He has consulted for high profile brands Including Trump properties and Gaylord Hotels where his guidance has produced systems, processes and operational development in ways that set these brands apart.
Tim has taken over leadership of multiple dysfunctional, losing business units and led these branches to highly functional, respected and profitable businesses within two years. His branches routinely lead the region and ranked among the best performers in the nation In the ValleyCrest / Bright View organization.
His ability to lead, coach and develop teams is second to none.
Tim serves on the advisory board for Palm Beach State College of Horticulture, has served Advisory Board for the University of Florida School of Horticulture, and volunteers for Teaching Applied Horticulture through Florida Orange County Math Magnet Program and the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue Advisory.
Formerly Vice President and Regional Manager over a multi branched, $80M territory for Bright View, John knows how to develop people, grow business and implement processes to ensure sustained success.
John started in the field, hands on, but grew professionally to manage construction projects, then maintenance branches, then multiple branches as a Regional Leader.
Under John’s direction, business units develop into highly functional, growing, profitable enterprises. He understands what works, what doesn’t, what to measure and how to change.
John has a passion for seeing others grow and succeed and has a legacy of mentoring successful leaders.
Cynthia Allen is one of the most successful business-to-business salespeople in the industry, meeting or exceeding annual goals, closing million-dollar contracts and consistently ranking among the peak performers on a national level. Cynthia spent 26 years in the ValleyCrest organization and was instrumental in growing the Orlando commercial market.
Cynthia is an experienced consultant and trainer assisting sale professionals to achieve success in sustainable relationships, loyalty with their operations’ team, strategic focus in growth and trust with new and long-term customers.
Cynthia’s intentional approach to nurture long-term relations earned her a lifetime achievement exceeding $63 million in direct and indirect sales.
Cynthia is a firm believer in the biblical principle God, family, work and play. She enjoys traveling internationally with her husband, community service, training, yoga, skiing, hiking, reading and playing with her grandbabies.
